I can see many things ... a woman holding a baby or is it an old man's portrait??, a dog lying on the street or just a hand?... Am I missing any other choice?

Yes. There are lots of faces on the wall. I saw a woman holding a baby, a hand or a dog lying on the street, and the old man too.
