Future perfect practice !

- Imagine your mohter tell you this...

By the time you finish eating your sandwich, Kate will have left home.

1- Is she talking about a) past / b) present / c) future ?

2- Which oh these is the correct order of events?

a) you finish eating your sandwich --> Kate leaves home
b) Kate leaves home --> you finish eating your sandwich

3- Find another example of will + have + past participle and write its events in the correct order (like in point 2)

Good luck !
See you ...
